Great to announce the launch of a new service to help Human Resource units across Northern Ireland to improve their use of technology and digital marketing. The service has been launched in conjunction with Linzi Conway, Director of Key to Success Consultants and together we will combine our respective experience in Digital Marketing and HR Consultancy to offer a dedicated Digital HR service for businesses.
The new service offering has been developed in response to the challenges and skills gaps many Northern Ireland businesses face in relation to recruitment, employer branding and internal staff communications. The modern and fast-changing media environment continues to present challenges and opportunities to business as they seek to improve recruitment and staff retention. The Digital HR Service aims to help businesses and HR Units address some of the following major communications and marketing issues:
- Developing a strategy to adapt their HR and Recruitment function to the modern media environment.
- Under-utilised Use of Social Media: The rise and impact of social media in particular presents a challenge to Human Resource units who often struggle to use social media to positively promote their employer brand and recruit staff.
- Improving Internal Communications: Help retain staff by using technology and social media to improve internal communication
